Miniature Painting — Battle Ready Standard

Forge Without Limits offers a clear Battle Ready painting service designed to produce clean, consistent miniatures that look good on the gaming table without charging for display-level techniques that many customers do not need.

Battle Ready normally includes:

Agreed colour scheme
Core base colours
Shading
Straightforward highlights
Clean gaming-ready finish

Good to know

Basing is not included as standard and can be added separately.
Transfers, weathering, specialist effects and custom or scenic basing can be quoted separately where appropriate.
Standard infantry painting starts from £10 per model.

Accessibility & Individual Requirements

Accessibility is built into Forge Without Limits — it is not an optional paid extra.

Forge Without Limits was created around the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to enjoy the tabletop hobby. Every person is different, so we welcome conversations about what would make a service easier or more comfortable for you.

Where reasonably possible, we will adapt the way our normal services are delivered without adding an accessibility charge.

This may include

Changing the pace of a session
Providing additional breaks
Adapting how information is explained or presented
Adjusting the working or gaming setup
Considering lighting, noise or sensory needs
Choosing a more suitable location
Allowing appropriate support from family members or carers
Adapting practical hobby techniques where possible

If additional service time, additional materials, specialist resources or a separate service is requested beyond the normal booking, we will discuss and agree any additional cost before proceeding.

Pricing

Clear pricing before you commit

Every Forge Without Limits project or booking is agreed before work begins. Some services have straightforward starting prices, while miniature commissions are quoted according to model type, complexity and the work required.

Online consultations can start from £25.
In-person services include an allowance for travel and setup time.
Assembly and painting are priced according to the agreed scope.
Customer-specific models or materials purchased by FWL must be paid for before FWL places the order.
Quotes are normally valid for 30 days.
Longer-distance travel, unusual materials and priority or rush commissions are agreed in advance.
No additional charge is made simply because a reasonable accessibility adjustment is required.
